Whether it's an extension, garage, dormer or balcony, we build flat roofs from the deck up: new OSB decking where needed, proper falls so water actually drains, and a finish that's completely seamless — no joints, no seams, no weak points.
GRP fibreglass — our go-to
Glass-reinforced polyester is laid wet as a single continuous membrane and cured with a pre-pigmented topcoat. There is nothing to lift, split or blow off, and it's tough enough to walk on. Expect 25–30+ years of service with next to no maintenance.
Rubber & felt too
EPDM rubber suits larger simple roofs and comes in single sheets with no naked flames involved, while modern torch-on felt remains a solid, budget-friendly choice for garages and sheds. We'll recommend whichever genuinely fits your roof and budget — not whichever suits us.

A properly installed GRP roof lasts 25–30 years or more. Because it's a single seamless membrane, there are no joints to fail — the usual weak point of older flat roofs.
GRP, rubber or felt — which should I choose?
GRP gives the toughest, smartest finish and suits most homes. EPDM rubber is quick and cost-effective for large simple roofs. Felt is the budget option for garages and outbuildings. We'll assess your roof and give you an honest recommendation.
Can you repair my leaking flat roof rather than replace it?
Often, yes. If the deck is sound and the damage is localised we'll repair it and tell you honestly how much life is left. If it's beyond economic repair, we'll quote a replacement — with photos to show you exactly why.
Do you replace the boards underneath?
Where needed, always. We inspect the deck once stripped and replace any soft or rotten boarding before the new membrane goes down — a new roof over a rotten deck is money wasted.
