Rotten fascia boards and sagging gutters don't just look tired — they let water track back into your roof timbers and down your walls. A properly installed roofline sheds water where it should go and never needs painting again.
Full replacement, not overcladding
Wherever the old timber is past its best we strip it back completely rather than hiding the rot behind new plastic. New boards go on square and true, with ventilation built in to keep your roof space healthy.
Guttering that actually works
We install and repair all gutter profiles and downpipes, correctly falled towards outlets so water flows instead of pooling. Blocked, leaking or overflowing gutters can usually be sorted the same visit.

Look for flaking paint, visible rot, sagging gutters or staining on the boards. If you can push a screwdriver into the timber, it's past saving — and water may already be reaching your rafter ends.
Do you replace or just cover the old boards?
We replace. Overcladding rotten timber with new plastic just hides an ongoing problem. Stripping back to sound timber costs a little more and lasts decades longer.
Can you just repair a leaking gutter joint?
Yes — repairs, re-seals and realignment are often all that's needed. If the run is beyond saving we'll tell you straight and quote a replacement.
Is UPVC roofline maintenance-free?
Effectively yes. An occasional wash keeps it bright white, but there's no painting, no rot and no rust — ever.
